Before joining Jefferson in 2021, Janet led and executed growth and customer delivery in large and small businesses. Her leadership and service to customers resulted in one small business growing from $20M to $50M by developing a human resources shared services approach and winning the Department of Commerce HR Shared Services contract. While working for Unisys Federal, she developed a Human Capital Practice and managed strategic accounts across federal agencies, later leading major IT modernization efforts including application development and data center migrations.
Janet's roots in the public sector include significant roles at the U.S. Mint and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
