Nehemiah Green
Nehemiah Green is Founder and Managing Partner of NeuralState Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that writes first checks and pairs them with a federal go-to-market engine, including procurement expertise, contract pathways, and agency relationships, built through Jefferson Solutions Group, a federal services firm.
Prior to founding NSV, Nehemiah was a Principal on Amazon Web Services' Startups and Venture Capital team, where he built its emerging-manager practice from the ground up. Working with 50+ top-tier venture firms — representing $6.7B in assets and 2,400+ portfolio companies, the majority AI-native — he helped those companies adopt cloud technologies and forge relationships with customers, investors, and the Amazon Marketplace.
Before AWS, he built go-to-market and partnerships at high-growth startups: founding business development lead for Handshake's Employer Product, platform partnerships at Patreon, and enterprise partnerships at Code2040. He began his career helping stand up the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau — one of roughly a few dozen hires selected nationwide to launch the agency.
Nehemiah holds a BA from Tufts University and an Ed.M. from Harvard, and serves on the Board of Advisors of the Tufts Derby Entrepreneurship Center.
